If you've forgotten your Rage Roleplay password on the UCP but you remember your email address, follow these steps to regain access to your account: - Go to our Log In page. - Click 'Forgot My Password' - Enter the email address you use for Rage Roleplay and click next. - Check your email and use the link in the mail to reset your password. If you haven't received an email, please check your spambox or try to reset your password again.

Security is our top priority so it's understandable that we deny access to the account if you do not have any credentials that link to it.
For general queries, we're always on our community Discord and are happy to accept personal messages or questions regarding the server or any of your issues. There aren't direct people to contact for general queries, so if you want - hop on the Discord and ask away.

Here on Rage Roleplay, we have multiple teams that focus or dedicate their time towards enhancing and/or perfecting parts of the roleplay system. Some of these teams are part of your roleplaying experience, so if you ever have an issue you should bring it up to the following groups of people.
Accounts and your privacy is important, so questions specifically about your account need to be handled through our Ticketing system where you will provide security questions so we know that you are you. Questions about accounts in general, i.e how to set up an account can easily be posted in our Discord channel or on the forums.
Donations keep the server alive and without them we wouldn't have any services. If you have any specific questions about your previous or pending donations, then that is well balanced on the privacy scale so you will need to handle that through our Ticketing system. Any general donation questions can be sent to any member of staff through our Discord or Forums.
We won't shy away from any other questions you have for our Staff team. Our Discord is always open and welcome to questions that can easily be answered almost 24 hours of the day, 7 days of the week. Remember, if your question involves personal information, previous or pending donations, your own account or anything else that could be used against you by another person if posted publically, throw us a Support Ticket on our Ticketing system.
